Proper Couscous is prepared only in North Africa, his homeland. A Moroccan friend has demonstrated Gabi in MANroc how real couscous should be steamed, not cooked. If we could spread the taste of that Couscous via video, the video would be eaten within a short time.
Every beginning is difficult. There is not only sand desert in Morocco, but also beautiful valleys and gorges. Here we have learned that there are passages that are simply not accessible by truck. We have dreamed of a tire pressure control systems.
In the east of Morocco, we travelled a lot with Rosemarie and Fritz and their 6×6. Together we have mastered some tricky passes and tracks. The Rekkam is one of the nicest parts of Morocco and with so little asphalt roads!
In that extremely varied landscape with so many hospitable people, there are also tracks that are truly close for our MANroc. Sometimes because of the many people, sometimes because of the perched rocks.
