On the way with a Mercedes ex-fire brigade truck
Nadja is traveling through South America with her two boys Franz and Karl (16 months). She has one year of parental leave and uses it to travel the world with her children. Her husband comes to visit her whenever possible. We think that traveling like we do is not a vacation because there is always something to do. But Nadja does it all alone and with two small children. We are deeply impressed. We spend a fun evening with the three of them and find that Franz is extremely independent for his age and is already a help to his mother. This trip is certainly intense for the three of them and we hope that at least Franz can still remember when he is older. Both will certainly take with them an openness to the world that they would not have developed so easily in Munich.
