A long-awaited wish comes true, we managed to get a lastminute ticket for the Antarctic! Traveling to a pole of our earth is an uncanny gift. The enormous icebergs on the polar cap are immensely impressive, as is the peace in the eternal ice. In the Drake Passage on the return trip after about ten days the humpback whales came to visit us. We tried to record our impressions digitally, but it is just a poor copy of reality. Antarctica is certainly one of the greatest highlights that we have been able to experience.
